CII
Library collection comprises the following categories of documents:
CII
Publications: There is a separate
section of more than 2500 CII publications (Conference Proceedings,
Research Reports, Occasional papers, Exhibition Catalogues, Annual
Reports, Journals, Budget Analysis, Mission Reports, etc). This is also
the repository of all publications of CII’s state, regional and
international offices. search catalogue for complete list.
National
& International Statistics: This
section contains all major national and international statistics; such
as Economic Survey, Statistical Abstracts, Statistical Outline of India,
National Accounts Statistics, Statistical Yearbook, R & D
Statistics, Foreign Trade Statistics, etc. International statistics
includes publication of IMF, UNCTAD, UNIDO, UNDP, ILO, World Bank, and
other United Nations’ development agencies.
National
& International Directories: This
section includes both general and special directories providing
comprehensive list of products, product manufacturers, service
providers, exporters & importers and trade directories.
International
Journals/Magazines/Newspapers: Harvard Business Review, The Economist, Far Eastern Economic Review,
Business Week, Time, Fortune, Newsweek, Financial Times, International
Herald Tribune and many other sector specific bulletins are available
for reference. Library has
access to millions of full text article/news database available through
EBSCO, Emrald and Infotrac.
Annual
Reports: Library provides access to
annual reports of Ministries/Departments of Central Government and
companies listed on the BSE and NSE.
Presently library has Government annual reports from 2002 onwards and
annual reports of companies in CDs from 1999 onwards.
Exhibitor
Catalogues: Collection of trade fair
show catalogues, organised by CII and other associates.
Electronic/Electronic
Databases: Library has access to the
following databases: Prowess, India
Trade, Business Beacon, Prime
Database Directory, Kompass, Thomas
Register of Indian Manufacturers, Exporters
and Importers database.
Miscellaneous:
Library also keeps country profiles, company profiles, state and
district profiles, working papers, grey documents, audio-visuals and
CDs.

access to CII's publications/proceedings paper available through various networks of CII.
